The works comprised of the refurbishment of the existing social club and an infill link extension. Within the building, an existing squash court was converted into a hall complete with timber effect flooring and Air Conditioning.

Existing toilet facilities were upgraded and new meeting rooms where formed. Externally, new ramps where installed and roof repairs were carried out. Existing timber cladding was replaced along with soffits and fascia to the rear of the building.
