Student Living completed

Handed over the formation of two new student living units in Leicester for our client Mapletree. The project, project managed by FFT, was a 6 week project converting and old site office into two new studio units. This Design and Build scheme was completed on time and to budget with a delighted client. Many thanks to the site team, client team and our supply chain.
