This double storey building has a flat, single ply roof. Constructed using a steel frame with metsec infills with a combination of render and timber cladding to the external walls. Aluminium windows, curtain walling and doors complete the building envelope.

Comprising of two distinct areas; The first floor is for dining for Sixth form Students, and the ground floor is dedicated to an extensive gym facilities and changing rooms complete with showers, toilet facilities and storage areas. Externally, a large turfed area was created to adjoin the existing playing field. A balcony was installed to form a viewing area onto the playing fields. Fencing was also installed.
