This double storey building has a combination of a flat, single ply roof, with a standing seam roof to the main area. Constructed using a steel frame with metsec infills with a combination of brickwork and rainscreen cladding to the external walls. Aluminium windows, curtain walling and doors complete the building envelope.
Comprising of two distinct areas; One is for functions and a break out area for Sixth form Students, and the FF is dedicated to extensive gym facilities split into two, one for weights and the other for gym machines. Within the existing building, classrooms were converted into showers and changing rooms to complement the gym facilities. Externally, a large slabbed are was created to form an external eating area for the students.
