Responsible Management
We ensure that all of our sites have a fully trained Site Manager responsible for Health & Safety. Their key role is to manage potential hazards in the workplace, ensuring the site remains safe for all operatives and visitors.
Through the regular use of 'Toolbox Talks', our dedicated site teams ensure the site workforce are trained and up to date with hazards and any new applicable Health and Safety legislation.
We employ the services of a fully trained and certified external Health and Safety company to assess our sites on a regular basis to ensure compliance and maintain the high safety levels we expect.

Supply Chain Assessment
All of our supply chain partners go through our standard Health and Safety checks to ensure compliance with our high expectations. We also assess their environmental policies, training and financial checks.

Think 'What if' and not 'If only'
As a business it is imperative that we operate in a manner that ensures safety at all levels. We approach health and safety with a 'what if' attitude which keeps our minds focused on the potential risks that are inherent in the construction industry. This thought process minimises the risk of being forced to think 'if only' when something goes wrong.

We also operate a 'Near Miss' policy. These, combined with recorded accidents, are regularly reviewed to assess if any pattern is visible so that we can target any issues directly.
