The build is located just off the A5 south of Milton Keynes. Constructed on a new purpose built EV charging hub, powered by 2 wind turbines and a solar farm nearby, Marlow built this steel framed/Metsec structure to form a Starbucks Café. The building comprises of a beam and block floor, steel frame, Metsec external wall clad externally in resin cladding. A Steel Corten (rusty steel) portal surround was added to the entrance and as a backing to the Starbucks sign. Aluminium windows and doors completed the external façade. The roof is a green roof with a sedum finish. Externally the building is surrounded by paving and car parking. Provision has been included for the installation of a drive through.
